More features for safety-relevant applications

If Neuron Power Engineer is configured for developing safety-relevant applications, the following features are availabe:

• automatic validation of the librare when a Neuron Power Engineer library is generated

• generation of a library generation report when a Neuron Power Engineer library is generated

• generation of an HTML-report when an application is built; In this case, a link to this HTML-report is displayed in the Build Log view.

• evaluation of the statement BASE_TEST_SOURCE, to search test execution files for a library within a different directory (details: see "Declaration of information on creation and references for the library")

• no automatic updating of existing calls for changed interfaces
